 At FSP Group USA, we accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition. 
• The item must be returned in its original packaging. 
• Include  Proof of purchase. 
• Return shipping is free for approved returns.
• Return method: By mail.
•  Exchanges are accepted for eligible items.

Some items may not be eligible for return if they are damaged by misuse, altered, or missing original packaging. Warranty-related issues may be handled separately according to the product warranty terms.
